Definition of 'Bubble'
In the financial world a Bubble is a self-perpetuating rise or boom that causes a market rise in stocks, high valuations, price/earnings ratios inflated Real Estate pricing. When the bubble "bursts", the share prices fall dramatically, and many companies go out of business.
