Beginnings:  Early on in his life and career, founder Mike Clark believed happiness was found on the other side of financial gain and success.  Motivated to build a life for himself and his family that was different from what he experienced growing up, Mike became a Financial Advisor aiming for a life of achievement, means, and ultimately, fulfillment.

Realization:  After years of navigating the hustle, the exhaustion, and the striving for more, Mike hit a turning point.  Professionally, his income had doubled and flourished - but personally, he was the unhappiest he had ever been.  In a moment of realization, he saw the emptiness and the void chasing financial gain had created in his life.  

Redirection:  This new perspective changed the course of Mike's life.  It motivated him to want to build something of significance - something that would have lasting value and impact on the lives of others.  Inspired to help individuals and families navigate their relationship to success and money, in 2016 he founded Clark Wealth Partners.

When not working, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife, two kids and two bonus kids.  Mike loves coaching his daughter's softball team and watching his son play baseball.  He and his wife, Beth, enjoy playing golf, trying new restaurants and old favorites.  

Mental health and giving back is important to Mike, which is why he's a Board Member of Karla Smith Behavioral Health in O'Fallon, IL and Caritas Family Solutions in Belleville, IL.

Diane Gederman has served as the Director of Client Services for Mike Clark since 2018. In addition to handling the day-to-day office administration including client service requests, paperwork, account maintenance, and calendar management, she is committed to the firm's overall growth and success. Diane enjoys meeting new clients from all walks of life and being accessible to answer any question, providing first-class service to clients. 

Diane earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Education from Lincon University. She grew up in Fairview Heights and has lived in O'Fallon for 23 years with her husband of 30 years, Kevin.  They have two grown children, Tom and Ally, and a dog, Ozzie. Diane & Kevin enjoy entertaining family and friends at their lake house at Lake of Egypt.  Diane has served on the Holiday Hilltop Charity 5K committee for thr past 12 years and helps facilitate its fundraising efforts each year for a young person in need from the Community.

Lindsay McMillin is a certified public accountant with experience in both individual and corporate tax planning and compliance who joined Clark Wealth Partners as a financial advisor in 2022. 

It is her purpose and passion to help her clients feel confident and empowered when it comes to their finances. She loves helping them find solutions to meet their current needs, retirement planning, and overall financial goals. As a CPA, she understands the importance of seeing the whole picture to save clients time and money.

When life brings big financial decisions and life changes, she provides a full-service model for guiding clients through them. She also enjoys problem solving, being a connector, and collaborating with other service professionals (accountants, attorneys, etc.) to help provide clients a comprehensive plan for financial wellness. 

She lives in Swansea, IL with her two children and two goldendoodles, and loves working out and being active as well as spending time with friends and family.

Dana Wheeler joined our Team in 2023 as our Administrative Coordinator working with all the support functions of Client Services.
She started her professional career selling and listing Real Estate at Re/Max First. She brings years of experience in Office Management and Accounting. 
Dana was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana but has resided in Shiloh, Illinois for 10 years now. She is an avid college football fan, but cheers on the LSU Tigers. 
Away from the office she and her husband Greg, spend time at Lake of the Ozarks golfing and boating with friends. They enjoy attending concerts and St. Louis Cardinals Baseball games together. They also love spending time with family that's spread out over Florida, Louisiana and Kentucky during the holidays.
