About Steven Hartman

Stephen (Steve) Hartman, Sr. joined Privada Wealth Management in 2017 and has been a Registered Representative and Investment Advisor Representative since 1989. He joined J.W. Cole Financial, Inc. in August of 2015. Prior to his association with J.W. Cole, Mr. Hartman was registered with SWS Financial, Bank of America Private Client Group and Chubb Securities.

Mr. Hartman holds a Series 7-General Securities License, and has successfully completed the Series 63-Uniform Securities Agent Law Exam and the Series 65-Uniform Investment Advisor Law Exam. He is currently licensed in 12 states. In addition, he has the Life and Health Insurance and Variable Annuities license through the State of Florida. FINRA and the State of Florida have continuing education requirements in order to maintain these licenses.

He graduated from the University of Central Florida (B.S.B.A - Finance) and the Graduate School of Bank Management at the University of Virginia. He has been active in the Lambda Chi Alpha Alumni Association, the UCF Golden Knights Club, and his neighborhood homeowner association and Board of Directors.

Although living in Central Florida for nearly all his life, Mr. Hartman is an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan, since being born there. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, golf, tennis and boating, and his two children and four grandchildren.

Having been licensed for over 30 years, Mr. Hartman has witnessed and experienced a vast array of economic conditions and scenarios, as well as a diverse group of clients with their various goals and objectives. It is these experiences and knowledge, coupled with the technology and opportunities in today's marketplace offered thru Privada Wealth Management and J.W. Cole Financial, that make him uniquely qualified to assist his clients with their financial lives.
